All plans include the core platform features: Client Portal, Admin CRM, KYC/AML integration, multi-currency support, order management, automated workflows, compliance tools, and audit logging. The difference is in deployment, customization, and support levels.
Yes! You can upgrade from Cloud SaaS to On-Premise or Source License at any time. We'll credit your previous payments towards the upgrade. Downgrading requires a migration plan and may involve data transfer fees.
Cloud SaaS: 2 weeks (fastest). On-Premise: 4-6 weeks including setup and training. Source License: 6-8 weeks for full code handover, architecture documentation, and developer onboarding.
We accept bank transfers (SEPA, SWIFT), credit cards (via Stripe), and cryptocurrency payments (BTC, ETH, USDT). For Enterprise contracts, we offer flexible payment terms and annual billing with discounts.
Virtual IBAN integration and automated banking features are available as an add-on for Cloud SaaS (€999/month). They're included in On-Premise and Source License plans. BCB Group integration requires separate KYB and approval.
